Katia Gil Guzman is Chief Technology Officer at Emera, a startup she co-founded in April 2021. She wants to help businesses process their clients' requests effortlessly and collaborate more efficiently. Before that, she worked at Microsoft for 3 years as a Software Engineer in a customer-facing team, building innovative solutions with cutting-edge cloud technologies.
